I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. The works of other people that have changed lives positively inspire me a lot. I try to always empathise and see what positive additions I can make to their efforts or what initiative I can take to even do better. What inspires me? "People," inspire me. I often find myself closely examining the actions of others; more specifically, I pay closer attention to the traits and habits I wish to adopt in my own life, which in turn will make me a better person.
